Overview
CommentsConfirmation works effectively when the Chapter employs an abundance of Referees, when the Chapter desires absolute control over Referee assignments, or when a Chapter is first using a Referee Management Site and has high "concerns" with SelfAssign. Confirmation requires a precise process:
In order for this process to work correctly, the Chapter must allow sufficient time for each of the "steps". This usually implies calendar based "confirmation periods" where the Assignor waits for the Referees to respond to the posted assignments before beginning the next cycle of Assignments. Thus, Confirmation works best when the Chapter posts the Match Schedules well in advance and schedules a generous time period (usually weeks) for each step. If you do NOT have several days and/or weeks to go through the Confirmation sequence multiple times, RidgeStar recommends you accomplish Assignment fulfillment using a method like SelfAssign. | ||||||
