Manual: Settings

Many of the configurable aspects of the Site can be controlled by assigning a value or a set of values to a Setting within the Options table.

Each "Setting" has a precise keyword "Name" and a Data value that can be a single numeric/character value or might be a series of data values separated by commas. The meaning and purpose of each Setting is defined in the following pages, grouped by their general function and Keyword value.

While individual Site Settings can vary from Site to Site, the following general groupings apply (and the Setting name will contain the identified character string):

Album

Configures processing options for the upload and display of photos in contributor chosen groupings

Alerts

Permits the Webmaster to specify which page Alerts should be active

Assignor

Establishes configurable values associated with the Assignor segment, as well as the Assignment operation

Audit

Describes the Audit "Points" in a RidgeStar site that can be activated (when Feature=Audit is available)

Availability

Represents the sentence posing the Availability question (usually configured via Administrator: Database-Availability)

BulkLoad

Describes the customizable Settings available that impacts the Bulk Load mechanism

Calendar

Describes the customizable Settings available when Feature=Calendar is producing a Month-At-A-Glance summary of calendar events

Daylight

Identifies the customizable Settings available when Feature=Daylight is comparing scheduled Match Time to related Location/Field daylight

GeoCode

Configure the Google Maps Version 3 API for encoding of Latitude and Longitude and map generation

Chart

Establishes the customizable Settings available to control the graphical Charting mechanism

Lists

Configurable elements for Feature=Lists

MariaDB

Establish specification values for Database (MariaDB) operational characteristics

MinorAuthorization

Configuration associated with the generation of the Parent/School Authorization for minor Workers

Misconducts

Contains value settings configuring Misconduct processing on the site

NACHA

Configures elements of the NACHA file exported by financial processing to direct Funds Transfers

News

Configures elements of the RSS/Atom Feeds available from the site

Notification (Notification)

Contains configurable elements of the Notification Feature

Notify (Notification)

Contains specify which Notify Activities within the system are active and available

PageHeader

Valid operand values for the PageHeader, which configures the symbols that are displayed in the upper right corner of the page when Feature=PageHeader is in effect.

Password...

Contains value settings indicating to the site how to manage the User's password.

Question...

Represents the sentence posing the Reset Password Question (usually configured via Administrator: Database-Questions)

Reset...

Contains value settings configuring the operational aspects of the site with respect to Password Reset logic

RestServer (Rest)

Specify operational characteristics of a Site operating an internal Rest Server

RMA.WSYSA

Contains configurable options related to the Risk Management system operating under policies associated with Washington Youth Soccer (WSYSA)

Rules (SelfAssign)

Available Rules that can be utilized to control SelfAssign decision making

SoapClients (SOAP)

Define the authorized sites by IP Address that are authorized to contact the SoapServer

SoapServer (SOAP)

Specify operational characteristics of a Site operating as a SOAP/XML Server

Timeout

Contains value settings configuring the operational aspects of the site and client site Session Timeout processing

TouchLine

Controls aspects associated with the Server side operational aspects of Sound Software's Mobile App TouchLine

Translate

Configures processing options for the website based language translation mechanism(s)

Turnback

Configures processing options for the Turnback functional routines

UserName

Controls aspects associated with the database fields that identify a single individual throughout the Site
